Tomatoes in Korean - an excellent appetizer with a divine flavor

Perfectly selected proportions of spices and a wonderful aroma - this is what is inherent in Korean-style tomatoes. Having tasted the dish made according to this recipe only once, it is difficult to resist the repetition. In addition, all the ingredients without exception are available, and cooking does not take much time.

For cooking you will need:

  • 1 kg of tight tomatoes (can be slightly under-served);
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • on a small bunch of parsley and dill;
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar;
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • spicy paprika to taste, but no less than a pinch;
  • 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • basil and other spices - as desired.

Prepare refueling. Grind greens and sweet peppers, skip garlic through a press, add vinegar, vegetable oil and other spices, and then mix.

We cut the tomatoes into slices.

We put the tomatoes in a prepared jar in layers, alternating them with dressing.

When the jar is filled to the top, close it with a lid, turn it over and put it in the fridge for 12 hours. Do not worry about the fact that not all tomatoes are covered with a dressing. Those of them that are at the bottom of the banks will have time to soak up when the bank is turned upside down.

If desired, you can make adjustments to the recipe. You can experiment not only with herbs and spices, but also with the degree of ripeness of the tomato. The main thing is not to choose juicy fruits.
