Return the stuffing, pour in the wine and fry until the meat is completely cooked. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature. Lay one sheet of dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, the long side to him and slightly roll out in one direction.Carefully place the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Cheese cut into thin petals. Put the minced meat into the center of the dough almost the whole width, lay over the pieces of cheese. To wrap the free edges of the dough overlap - first bottom and top, and then right and left. Moisten the cake with a little water.
