  4. Mix red meat, onions and capers. Add mustard, oil, pepper, salt and squeeze out lemon juice.
  5. Wash fruit, peel and chop into small cubes.Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. With a forming ring, cut a circle out of slightly dried bread and place it on a plate. Avocados are on top, then fish mixed with onions and capers. Decorate the dish with arugula and serve.

We buy the following products:

  • lightly salted salmon - 250 g;
  • king prawns - 4 pcs .;
  • cucumber (small) - 3 pcs .;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Feta cheese - 150 g;
  • red onions - half;
  • olive or sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sauce (soy) - for refueling;
  • dill - for decoration;
  • salt - to taste.
  1. With salmon, remove the skin, remove the bones and cut into small cubes.
  2. Onion chopped to crumb and combine with fish, add oil, sauce.
  3. Peel cucumbers and grind.
  4. Boil the eggs, chop and add to the cucumbers, salt as desired.
  5. Cheese grind.
  6. We lay out all the blanks in the molding ring. First put cucumbers with egg, then cheese, salmon on top, with each layer being well tamped.
  7. We send a snack in a cold place, before serving we remove the rings and decorate with dill sprigs. Top beautifully laid out fried shrimp.
