We share the recipe for delicious harvesting of mushrooms for the winter. So pickled boletus and boletus can be added to winter dishes or served at the table as a main snack.

Cooking method:

Mushrooms clean and wash.

Fill with water and boil in three doses for 10 minutes, after each time changing the water. In the third water, add salt to taste. We throw back the mushrooms in a colander.

Prepare the marinade and add the pre-chopped onion. Lay in boiling marinade mushrooms and boil, after boiling again, 5 minutes.

Put the mushrooms together with the marinade and onions on sterilized jars and close the lids. Keep in a cool place.

By the way, aspen mushrooms will not turn black if they are cut and lowered into salted and acidified water.
