- pork knuckle (choose a piece of meat of this size so that it fits completely into the multicooker bowl)
- garlic head
- a couple of medium sized carrots
- onion head
- salt and spices to your taste (black pepper, seasoning for pork)

- Rinse the pork knuckle under running water. It is best to choose a piece on which there is little fat and no other bones, except for a large central one. Dry the meat dry with paper towels.Choose spices for your dish. You can use ground black pepper, rosemary sprigs and bay leaf for dressing pork.
- Washed and dried meat put in a bowl multivarka. Then add spices, onions and carrots to it. Onions need to be pre-cleaned and cut into cubes, and carrots - cleaned and cut along several times. Fill the bowl with water and boil the dish on low heat for 6 hours (put the “boiling” mode and turn on the timer). Add sliced onions to the bowl as well. Salt at this stage is not necessary to add.
- While the knuckle is preparing, prepare the mixture for rubbing it. You can use salt, ground pepper (black, red, white or paprika), as well as chopped garlic for this purpose. You can add other spices to your liking.
- Approximately 30 minutes before the end of cooking, add pieces of peeled and chopped carrot to the bowl so that it is cooked, but not boiled soft. When your pork leg cooks in a slow cooker, remove it from the bowl. Take a plastic wrap and cover a large flat dish. Put the rubbing mixture on top of the film.
- Transfer the slightly cooled pork to the film. If your meat is well-cooked, then you can easily remove the central bone from it. Spread the meat in such a way that it takes up the whole dish.
- With the remaining seasoning mixture, rub the inside of the pork leg. Also place wedges over the finished carrots so that you can decorate your dish. In addition, you can use green peas for decoration as well - then your pork section will look very attractive.
- Tightly wrap pork in a food film - it should have the form of a roll. After that, place your "roll" in a container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. It is advisable to put a small yoke on top so that your leg is better prepared. Pork should lie in the fridge for at least 12 hours to finally marinate. After that, you can take it out, cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
