Kulich Quickis a recipe.


  1. milk 0.5 l;
  2. brewer's yeast 50-60 grams (12 grams dry);
  3. flour 1-1.3 kg;
  4. 5 eggs;
  5. butter 200 gr;
  6. sugar 300g;
  7. vanilla sugar 1 pc (bag);
  8. nutmeg 0.5 tsp (grated);
  9. Raisin 0.5 glasses;
  10. protein 2 pieces (icing);
  11. powdered sugar 100-120 g (frosting);
  12. salt 1 pinch;
  13. topping to taste.


Heat the milk to 38-400C, dissolve the yeast in it, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 kg of flour, stir until smooth, leave warm.

Cover the bowl with the bum with a towel and leave to rest for 30 minutes. During this time, the mass will grow at least twice. We take the oil out of the fridge and put in the heat so that it becomes quite soft.

Separate the yolks, beat in foam with sugar and salt. We connect with opium. Add the softened butter, beat the mixture with a mixer.

Separately whip proteins and introduce them into the total mass. Stir. Pour raisins, nutmeg and mix again.

With the rest of the flour knead the dough. The dough should not be steep, but should not stick to hands.Leave the dough for 1 hour to go up.

We bring down the dough, fill it with the third part of the form, let it rise in the form of 10 minutes (you can cover the forms with a towel). We bake at a temperature of 1800C 35-40 minutes.

Beat frosting from powder and proteins. Grease even hot Easter. We decorate with figures and dressing.
