How to make cheesecake

You will need
    • 120 grams of mozzarella cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour;
  • salt;
  • dill;
  • deep bowl;
  • knife;
  • grater;
  • 1 egg;
  • 120 grams of sour cream;
  • mixer or fork;
  • pan;
  • vegetable oil;
  • wooden spatula;
  • Pizza knife.
From this number of products, one cake is obtained, calculated for two people. Get all the necessary ingredients and start making cheesecakes. Measure 120 grams of mozzarella cheese and grate it on a coarse grater in a deep bowl. Take a cutting board and cut the dill as small as possible.
In the same bowl, place 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 120 sour cream. Beat in one chicken egg. Add the finely chopped dill to the ingredients already in the bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer or fork. Add salt on the tip of the knife and mix well again. Set the bowl aside for a while.
Take a frying pan of small diameter. The best option would be a pan, the diameter of the base of which is 18 centimeters. In such a pan, the process of turning the cheesecake is much easier. Put the pan on a large fire and wait until it warms up.
Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower or vegetable oil into the pan. Remove it from the heat, put it on a hot rack and very quickly pour the prepared dough from the bowl onto the bottom.
Level the cheese mass with a wooden spatula so that the cake becomes neat and level. Put the pan on medium heat and cover with a lid. Fry one side for three minutes. Turn the cake on the other side. It is necessary to turn over very carefully and quickly, as the cheese will have melted by that time and will become viscous. Again cover the pan with a lid and fry the other side for a little over two minutes. Turn off the fire.
To shift the finished cake on a plate, use the spatula. Then the cheesecake slips off the pan easily and does not break. Cooked dish should be served hot and cut with a pizza knife.
