How to Cook Oatmeal Cookies

You will need
  • - 2 cups of flour and oatmeal;
  • - 0.5 cups of sugar, honey, sour cream;
  • - 1 fresh chicken egg;
  • - 100 grams of butter (margarine);
  • - ½ tsp soda
To make oatmeal cookies please with its texture, delicate honey aroma and sweet taste, everything must be done consistently. First rub the butter or margarine with sugar until a white homogeneous mass.
In the mixture, add sour cream, honey, beat the egg. Stir thoroughly, add flour, oatmeal. In the process of kneading the dough, make sure that it turns out homogeneous and no ingredients get lumped.
After kneading, the dough should turn out sticky, but at the same time soft, the spoon in the mass should turn hard. If the consistency is thin, add flour. After all, it is not known what kind of honey: you will add liquid or thick, and sour cream may be of different thickness.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, wet your hands with cold water and form small cakes of dough, their thickness should not exceed 5 mm.Otherwise, oatmeal cookies will be baked for a long time.
Send a baking tray with cookies in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of the oatmeal and the features of the oven.
