- - Onions, 1 pc .;
- - Carrots, 1 pc .;
- - Water, 3 measuring glasses from the multicooker;
- - Vegetable oil, 2-3 tbsp. l .;

Rinse and sort out the buckwheat. Chicken is also better to wash thoroughly. If you do not like chicken skin, you can separate it.
Place the buckwheat with chicken and sour cream in a slow cooker with onions and carrots. Add salt, spices (it is recommended to use either a universal mixture or a special seasoning for chicken) and water. Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula.
Turn on the "Pilaf" mode for 30-35 minutes. If in your model of the multicooker for some reason there is no this mode, you can use the mode "Baking", "Buckwheat" or "Cereals", do not reduce the time.
After the multicooker notifies you about the end of the work mode with an audible signal, open the lid. Juicy chicken and delicious, absolutely not dry buckwheat ready! Feel free to set the table. As a supplement, it is recommended to serve tomato sauce or ketchup and fresh vegetable salad.
