Meat cut in small oblong pieces. Three onions grated or grind in the processor. Mix the meat with onions, vegetable oil, honey, pomegranate juice and ground pepper. Salt to taste and leave in the fridge for 6−8 hours to marinate. We fry meat on skewers or on a grate over the coals.
