Honey Cakes "Bee"

You will need:

For making biscuit:

  • flour - 1 glass
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • kefir - 1 cup
  • sugar - 0.5 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • prunes without stones - 1 large handful

To prepare the cream:

  • sour cream - 300 g
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.

For decoration:

  • walnuts - 100 g
  • mint

To begin, we will prepare the basis of cakes - sponge cake. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients (eggs, sugar, flour, kefir, baking powder). Add honey. Honey must be liquid. If you have thick honey, then you need to melt it. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a separable form and put it in the oven. Bake the cake should be about 40-50 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven. We are waiting for a little time to cool the cake. Then cut the cake into two equal parts across.

To prepare the cream, beat with a mixer a fat sour cream with two spoons of sugar. Wash prunes and cut them with a knife.

Cut out cakes (round mold of any diameter) circles.We take a large flat dish and arrange the circles, grease them with cream, put the cut prunes on top. Then we cover with the second circle and we grease with cream, we spread prunes. Cover with the third circle.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top. The final note in the decoration of cakes - leaves of fresh mint.
