Ingredients

For the sauce
Bulb onions1 onionButter1 tbsp.Curry1 tbsp.Grapefruit juicetastePeanuts (unsalted)4 tbsp.Coconut Milk (Coconut Cream)taste

Pass onion in a skillet with butter, sprinkle with curry. Add grapefruit juice. Leave on quiet fire for 10 minutes.

Grind the peanuts, mix it into the sauce, heat it for 5 minutes and grind it all together in a blender. Diluted sauce to the desired consistency of coconut cream.

Salt the fish, pepper, fry in a well-heated oil.

Served with peanut sauce.
