Custard lush pancakes with condensed milk

You will need
  • - 500 ml of kefir;
  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 12 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
  • - 1 tsp. Of soda with slaked vinegar;
  • - salt, berries, condensed milk.
First pour the kefir into the pan, heat a little over low heat. Kefir should not be very hot. Add to it sugar, slaked soda, salt, beat in an egg, mix well. Enter flour in small portions, stirring well the mass. At this stage it turns out the dough, like a thick cream. The amount of flour can change up or down - it is added to the eye!
Bring the milk to the boil, put it in a thin stream into the dough, stirring constantly. Add vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. It turned out the finished dough for pancakes, resembling liquid sour cream.
Heat a frying pan or crepe maker well, reduce fire under it, for the first pancake grease the pan with grease. Fry pancakes for 1 minute on each side, during which time they become a rosy golden color.
