For 4 servings:

sifted flour -300 g;

salt - 1 tsp;

eggs, slightly whipped-2 pcs .;

water;

 

Pork and shrimp stuffing

boiled pork, finely norezonnoya-500 g;

bamboo shoots, finely chopped-150 g;

mushrooms, finely chopped-40 g;

shrimp, cooked and noresonny-125 g;

Couchones, finely chopped 60 g;

peanut butter - 1 tbsp;

sesame seeds, fried without fat in a frying pan, but medium heat-2 tbsp. l .;

soy sauce -3 tbsp. l .;

salt.

To make the dough for ravioli, mix the flour with salt, add the beaten eggs and so much water so that you end up with a stiff dough. Lightly flour the work surface and roll out a very thin layer of dough. Cut from it squares 10 by 10 cm.
