If you like carrots and are willing to tolerate the restrictions in the menu for a long time, you can go on another carrot diet - calculated for 10 days already. Weight loss on this diet can be up to 7 kilograms.


Take the same as in the first case, the number of carrots, honey and lemon. Prepare a salad and season it with a very small amount of low-fat sour cream (no more than 15 percent).


Eating such a salad is necessary in small portions, but often.You can also eat one boiled carrot per day in addition to the diet. In this case, of course, drink a lot (at least 1.5 liters) of water, green or herbal tea, non-carbonated mineral water.


Pitfalls carrot diet



As with any other, in the case of a carrot diet there are contraindications. To lose weight with its help is not necessary with a high degree of obesity, enteritis, exacerbation of peptic ulcer. In addition, if you do not like carrots, eating only this vegetable for four, and even more so - ten days will be very difficult.
