When inviting guests, you always want the delicious part of the event to be on top. And yet it is better when the approximate menu is made, and there is confidence that the dishes served to the table will be appreciated. With this selection of snacks you can always be confident in success. Tasty and easy to prepare, they will definitely be loved.

Nests with mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce

For cooking you will need:

  • 10–12 medium sized potatoes;
  • 2-3 bulbs;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream;
  • bunch of greens;
  • salt and spices to taste.

We make mashed boiled potatoes, adding milk and egg to it. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, fry them together with carrots and chopped onion, shredded on a medium grater, squeeze the garlic here, add spices and simmer for 10 minutes.Add sour cream and continue to simmer until cooked (approximately 10-15 minutes). On a baking sheet form mashed nests and fill them with stuffing. We send to the oven heated to 180 - 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, decorate the nests at their own discretion.

False Chicken Drumsticks

For cooking you will need:

Minced meat:

  • chicken flesh - 500 g;
  • 1 onion;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Dough:

  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • from 2/3 to 1 tbsp. kefir;
  • 1/2 tsp soda;
  • salt.

Cooking minced meat and knead the dough. It should be soft, not sticking to the hands. Roll out 1 mm thick and cut into 3 cm wide strips. Now we form the legs. Half a straw is necessary to stick a little stuffing, visually it will resemble a slightly elongated miniature meat patty on a stick. It remains to wrap the stuffing ribbon from the dough. We start from the junction. Finished legs fry in vegetable oil until browning. The oil in the pan should cover half the legs.

Lavash roll

For cooking you will need:

  • 2 thin lavash (better rectangular);
  • 1 medium sized bell pepper;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 1 bunch of greens;
  • 1 jar of sprats in oil;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 100-150 g of mayonnaise.

Spreading the first lavash on the table, we grease it with mayonnaise. We put the second pita bread and grease again. Stepping back from the edge of a few centimeters, distribute grated eggs and melted cheese over the surface. Do the same with chopped peppers, sprats and herbs. Carefully twist the pita breads into a roll, trying to make it as tight as possible. We wrap the food film and send it to the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours. Before serving, cut into portions.

Balls of cheese with crab sticks

For cooking you will need:

  • 200 g of crab sticks and processed cheese;
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • garlic and mayonnaise - to taste.

You can diversify the taste by adding pieces of finely chopped salted salmon to the balls. It will need from 50 to 100 grams.

Grate the cheese and crab sticks, squeeze the garlic and add half of the dill, salmon and mayonnaise. We form balls, we roll them in greens and serve them to the table.

Croutons with herring and egg

For cooking you will need:

  • herring fillet, separated from the ridge;
  • black bread (better brick);
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • a little green onions, dill if desired;
  • 2-3 tablespoonsmayonnaise;
  • vegetable oil.

Cut along a loaf of bread. We get rid of crusts. Ideally, the formation should fit in the pan and match the length of the herring fillet. Fry bread on one side until golden brown. We grind eggs and mix them with mayonnaise and finely chopped onion. We grease with egg salad bread from the fried side. Top herring and cut it with a sharp knife into portions.

Pancakes with salmon

For cooking you will need:

  • 7-8 thin savory pancakes cooked according to your recipe;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 200 g of cottage cheese cheese and lightly salted salmon (you can use other fish);
  • greens at will.

On a cooled pancake we spread a thin layer of cottage cheese cheese with greens, spread the cucumber sliced ​​into strips and chopped salmon. Fold the pancake roll. It remains to cut into portions and serve.

Herring Potato Baskets

Herring with potatoes is a classic combination. A place for such a dish will always be found. Boil large potatoes in uniform. Cutting each of the potatoes in half, carefully select the middle of the spoon. In the resulting baskets stacked pickled in vegetable oil with the addition of mustardand vinegar pieces of herring. At will we decorate with greens.

Stuffed eggs with red caviar and sprats

Cut through the boiled eggs and separate the yolk from the protein. Grind the yolk with a fork, add dill to it, mayonnaise and garlic to taste, mix and return to the protein. Next we place sprat and a little red caviar and a sprig of parsley.

Stuffed Bagels

For cooking you will need:

  • 250 g unsweetened bagels;
  • 150 g minced meat;
  • 0.5 liters of milk;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 tsp sour cream;
  • a small onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic as desired;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Place the donut for 30-40 minutes in a deep container, fill them with milk and press down with a lid of a smaller diameter so that they do not float up and be able to soak. In the mince we add finely chopped onion and garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper and mix well. On the baking sheet lay out the steering wheel and fill them with minced meat, slightly pressing it. We send in the oven warmed to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. We take the pan, sprinkle the finished bread with grated cheese and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts. Stuffed bagels are good both hot and cold.

Chicken balls with cheese

For cooking you will need:

  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • 7-10 walnuts;
  • greenery;
  • optional: 1 clove of garlic and some mayonnaise or other sauce;
  • several olives for decoration.

Finely chopped boiled in salted water fillets and greens, three cheese, grind garlic and nuts (we use half of the nuts for the mixture). Mix all the ingredients, fill with mayonnaise and form balls. It remains to break them in chopped nuts and additionally decorate with slices of olives. If the holiday is New Year's Eve, it is easy to make edible fixtures from seedless olives and add them with loops of greens.
